I'll catch you up with recent Walker events:
Yard -
It's a known fact we did not buy our house for the landscaping. There's a lot of work to do. Want to see something funny? How about two engineers making a flower bed... I'll bet it's the straightest flower bed in Kitsap County.
Step #1: Stake out the "plan"
Step #2: Draw the straightest line you've ever seen
All of this was done under the watchful eye of our supervisor.
We stopped by the local nursery today and are now proud owners of four beautiful rhoedies and a hydrangea. Chris is outside digging holes right now... maybe I pulled my back at the right time :)
Beach -
Last weekend we loaded up the car and headed to the coast for Memorial Day weekend. After a long and frustrating drive we were rewarded with a great weekend in Long Beach with my parents.
Hair -
Yesterday I treated myself to a loong overdue haircut. I wanted to keep it long for the wedding - after that, all bets were off. Elena and I met at JoAnn's house for dinner and hair cuts all around. Naturally, Chris and Scott went to the driving range. JoAnn got a trim and color, Chels a lovely new style and I went for the biggie - five inches!
Before - Elena was armed with the scissors.
During - YIKES!
After - thanks Elena!
Alright - that's it for now, stay tuned for more! Love you guys!

I'm so happy you and Chris have a blog too! Don't look for Scott and I do be so organized, we are not that interesting. We just need to get Chels started and then life will be easy for all of us to keep up.
whoop whoop goooooooooooooo Roo! :)
Love the haircut!
Glad to see you are on the blog bandwagon. The yard is looking good. If you would like a lilac bush from your great grandparents yard let us know it would be in the early fall before we could move it just let us know. G&G Book,
